Terms of Payment

SymplexZ charges an EVALUATION Fee of S$80.00/drive and S$150.00/drive for non-server drive and server drive respectively (applicable within Singapore only). For oversea user the EVALUATION Fee of USD$80.00/drive and USD$150.00/drive for non-server drive and server drive respectively which is payable at the time of drop off for the media.  Full payment of approved charges is due on return of job/equipment.  All invoices are C.O.D. unless prior arrangement has been agreed. Beside that, oversea user has to take care of the freight charges to and fro, including government tax if necessary.
